These terms apply to all products supplied and installed by HangerZone in Bangalore.
Quotations & pricing
Quotations are shared on request over WhatsApp or phone and cover the standard 6-line models, including free delivery and free professional installation within Bangalore. Custom sizes, additional lines, rope replacement services or locations outside Bangalore may be quoted separately.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp or phone. Payment is collected after installation via UPI, bank transfer or cash. Invoices are issued on request.
Delivery & installation
Delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, subject to availability and site access. Installation requires a structurally sound ceiling; our technician will advise if additional anchoring is needed.
5-year warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, rust and breakage of pipes, brackets and the pulley mechanism under normal domestic use. It does not cover misuse, overloading beyond stated capacity, unauthorised modification, relocation by third parties, or damage caused by building work.
Returns & cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before installation. Once installed, products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified, in which case we repair or replace the affected part.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
